Very nice, great view from the balcony
Very nice condo & loved that it was away from the crowded beaches, yet it was close enough to walk to shopping/restaurants or a short drive. There is a great view from the deck with lots of room for the family to sit & have breakfast each day. The kitchen was equipped with everything you would need. Loved that there were no armbands to deal with to use the pool or hot tub. The only downside was that the carpet needs to have a deep cleaning done & the handle on the sliding door in the living area had been broken & not repaired very well. I liked that we didn't have to use a parking pass in our vehicle, but the parking spaces under the condo were very compact & wouldn't work very well with a SUV or larger car. The parking spaces across the street are a little larger. Will return on our next trip to FL. Thanks for your helping us with our Tropic Winds stay!

We will be back again for a week in the fall
We loved our stay at the tropic rentals. Staying was my wife, and I along with our two kids. We rented the condo 1004 at the tenth floor and was a little concerned at the time being so high up but turned our to be such a blessing. The onwers have decorated the condo wonderfully and loved the sea turtles and other beach decor. Please give them our thumbs up approval! The balcony was great to have breakfast and lunch on while taking in the awesome coatal views. This was the kids first time staying at the beach and what really made it neat was getting to see dolphins, stingray, and all the birds that are common to the area. Leave the door cracked in the master bedroom at night, and you will be lulled to sleep by the soft murmur of the calm gulf waves. The condo itself is very nicely decorated and spacious. The condo was stocked with all that we needed and we even found some beach floats that were left by previous guest's. We did get to visit Pier Park center but only once, most of our time was at the beach and pools. The complex was not a busy as anticipated so this was a real jewel to find. We will definitely recommend you rental to our family and friends for visits to Panama City.
