It is located on the 21th floor, so you will have breath taking views of the ocean and surrounding areas. It is very close to the new Pier Park.
Spacious unit near all beach activities. Very centrally located of the beach. This unit is brand new. Decorated for luxury. Owners live in Panama City Beach and are always close-by.
You will enjoy the private balcony with a beautiful ocean view overlooking both pools and the children’s water spray area. The condominium features three bedrooms, master beach side with king-size bed, second bedroom with a queen bed and a separate small bedroom for the kids with bunk beds that sleep THREE, full on bottom and twin on top.
