Calypso Resort & Towers is the ONLY Condo complex in PCB that is truely within walking distance of Pier Park. With all of the shops/restaurants/entertainment within walking distance, you will be able to leave you vehicle parked in the garage your entire vacation.
Calypso Towers has great onsite amenities which include: Gulf-front lagoon pools, exercise room, free covered parking, covered sky bridge and large beach service with beach chairs, umbrellas and jet ski rentals.
BEDDING ARRANGEMENTS:
MASTER BEDROOM: Has a Queen bed with private bathroom and access to the Gulf front balcony.
LIVING AREA: This is a bed that folds down from the wall in the living area; these are much more comfortable than sleeper sofas! This bed is as comfortable as a regular bed, unlike the sleeper sofas that you'll find in all of the other units.

Cancellation Policies: A full refund of the deposit will be given due to a cancellation if a cancellation notice is received at least 60 days before your arrival date. 50% of the deposit will be refunded if cancellation notice is received 30 to 60 days before your arrival date and the owner is able to reserve another guest in the unit for the time of your cancellation. The deposit will not be refunded if cancellation notice is received less than 30 days before your arrival date. Owners reserve the right to cancel this rental agreement no later than 60 days before the Arrival date listed below. No refund of rent for early checkouts. Early checkouts due to inclement weather do not warrant any rental refund. Refund will be provided for lost rental days due to a mandatory evacuation.

St. Andrews State Park: Well known for its sugar white sands and emerald green waters, this former military reservation has over one-and-a-half miles of beaches on the Gulf of Mexico and Grand Lagoon.
