This is a great large floorplan located gulf front on "The World's Most Beautiful Beaches", Panama City Beach, Fl. This is a 12th floor condo with great views all the way down the coast of the Beach. You can actual see to the very west most point of Panama City Beach. This unit has been preserved by the owners and in that has been meticulously maintained.

Located through is ceramic tile flooring with the exception of the bedrooms. Granite countertops located in the fully stocked kitchen area is ready for occupancy.
