This vacation condo has 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom and comfortably sleeps up to six (4) people with king master bedroom suite, queen sofa sleeper in the living room and a full bathroom with shower. The full kitchen has granite counter tops and the living room and bedroom each have LCD flat panel HDTV's.
SunBird resort amenities are the best with three large outdoor pools with hot tubs and tiki bar, one heated indoor pool, large fitness center, steam room, media center with free movie showings and more. A new onsite restaurant and bar just opened in March.
ONE BEACH SET-UP IS INCLUDED WITH ALL SEASONAL RENTALS BETWEEN MARCH 1 AND OCTOBER 31. THIS CONSISTS OF A DOUBLE CHAISE LOUNGE WITH UMBRELLA AND NORMALLY COSTS UP TO $30 PER DAY!
