Gulf Front condo on the seventh floor in the Sunbird Condominium Complex. New appliances and kitchen, dining area and living room are tiled. The kitchen and living room areas were freshly painted light tan in October of 2004. New carpet and a new TV was installed in the bedroom in late 2006.
This unit is the largest of four room sizes available at the Sunbird.
Signal Hill Golf Course is just across the street. This condominium features 3 swimming pools, 1 of which is seasonally heated, vidio arcade, shufle board, parasailing, tennis courts, beach chairs, volleyball and more.

Water sports enthusiasts can enjoy swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, kayaking, and canoeing. Two fishing piers, a jetty, and a boat ramp provide ample fishing opportunities for anglers. Two nature trails wind through a rich diversity of coastal plant communities - a splendid opportunity for bird-watching. Those wanting to relax can sunbathe on the beach or enjoy a leisurely lunch under the shade of a picnic pavilion. Full-facility campsites, as well as primitive youth group camping, make this park a popular overnight destination.
